We are doing this by offering various adaptive fitness programs in a fun and recreational setting. *All Team GUTS program sessions include eight (8) classes. This group fitness class is designed to help develop the athletic skills necessary to improve fitness and health through structured physical activity. Each class will include agility, balance, strength and flexibility.

Mondays 5:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m.



Our golf program is a 6 week* clinic for all ages and provides participants an opportunity to learn basic golf skills. The final class of the session will be a Parent/Participant putting tournament.

Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:25 p.m.


Keep the Beat

This unique program is a drumming class for all ages designed through the use of drumsticks and exercise balls to incorporate the joy of music, movement and rhythm while stimulating mental awareness, lowering stress and increasing overall self confidence. Participants will develop core skills in balance, flexibility, movement and have tons of fun.

Tuesdays 5:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m.


Martial Arts

A structured, multiple discipline class lead by an experienced instructor who will assist in form and technique. Our goal is to provide a consistent and repetitive program to increase self awareness, encourage socialization and help build self confidence.

Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.


Personal Fitness Training

Our personal fitness is a one-on-one or small group training which uses the Ground Up Training System to help our clients with special needs meet their personal goals while increasing their overall muscular strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.

Running Club

A program for ages 12 & up in which participants will build strength, speed and endurance in a non-competitive club. Participants will learn basic running skills, build self confidence, socialize and have fun.

Thursdays 4:30 p.m. to 5:25 p.m.


Soccer Youth

A class for ages 4 - 11 in which participants will learn basic soccer skills using adaptive equipment such as smaller balls and goals. Players will do fun drills and games that teach fundamental soccer skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting.

Wednesdays 4:30 p.m. to 5:25 p.m.


Soccer Clinic

A class for ages 12 & up in which participants will learn skills in a non-competitive space encouraging them to build self confidence, make friends and acquire knowledge of the game. Players will learn the fundamental soccer skills such as dribbling, passing and shooting while working on team play and socialization.

Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:25 p.m.


Street Dance

This class is a combination of jazz, funk and hip hop styles designed to provide loose dance movements, free range of motion and low impact footwork that can improve coordination, flexibility and cardio health. Experienced instructors use fun and energetic music to provide a creative and inclusive workout.

Stretch, Flexibility, and Core

This gentle class is a head to toe full body stretch that uses movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscular balance.

Saturdays 2:30 p.m. to 3:25 p.m.



Our yoga class is designed to help improve students overall physical and emotional well-being. Adaptive yoga is made more accessible through adapting poses, using props, and hands-on adjustment, if needed.

Saturdays 12:30 p.m. to 1:25 p.m.


Yoga for Veterans and Wounded Warriors

Through the use of breathe techniques, meditation and physical movements veterans will participate in a yoga flow that can assist in calming the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, lowering symptoms of depression, and creating a sense of community and purpose. This class is being offered to all veterans and those in active military duty.

A Latin inspired cardio-dance class that uses music and choreographed steps to increase fitness, range of motion, flexibility, and maintain muscle tone, all the while providing an opportunity to connect with others in a fun atmosphere.
