This 8 week group class is designed to help develop the athletic skills necessary to improve fitness and health through structured physical activity. Each class will include agility, balance, strength and flexibility.

Summer program: Mondays 5:00 p.m. to 5:55 p.m.


Autism Movement Dance

Autism Movement Dance is an integration of language prompting, music, dance, and movement strategies that can help behavioral, emotional, academic, social, and speech skills. The use of consistent movements, patterns and music allow the individual to learn and build a foundation of skills.

Fall program:

Sundays 1:45 p.m. to 2:40 p.m.



Our cycling program is an eight week program for students ages 15 to adult that will improve independence, self-confidence and personal fitness through a fun and social ride each week.

Summer program:

Sundays 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.



Our golf program provides every child an opportunity to learn and play the game of golf.

Fall program:

Thursdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.


Hip Hop


Hip Hop dance is a form of “street dance” that has evolved as part of the Hip Hop culture, and is one of the most popular dance forms today.

Summer program:

Saturdays 4:00 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.


Martial Arts

Martial arts as a medium to deliver therapeutic exercises and activities to improve the functional capacity of each individual participant.

Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.

Sensations Dance

Sensations DanceClassesare for individuals with special needs interested in a classical, choreographed dance class. Class consists of a warm-up, technique building, flexibility and stretch.

Fall program:

Sundays 2:45 p.m. to 3:40 p.m.



Our yoga class is designed to help improve students overall physical and emotional well-being. Adaptive yoga is made more accessible through adapting poses, using props, and hands-on adjustment, if needed.

Summer program:

Mondays 6:00 p.m. to 6:55 p.m.



An all inclusive Latin inspired cardio-dance class that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness and fun atmosphere. Open to all special needs.
